All products are subject to availability and prior sale. All prices appearing in our catalogs or website are subject to change without prior notice. Though we do our best to avoid them PMR Newkirk Inc. is not responsible for printing errors or other errors appearing in our catalog or online. All orders are subject to acceptance by our customer service department.
All custom orders are subject to the manufacturers terms and may cause a delay in shipping or additional, non-published fees.
We charge sales tax for shipments to the states of New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and where as required by your state. If you are tax exempt we are required to have a copy of your tax exempt certificate on file. Please send us your certificate by fax or email. If you are reselling any products please send us a copy of your resale certificate. You must notify us of which items you are reselling when placing an order.
Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of item, including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service department immediately. Oversized shipments are not qualified for flat rate shipping.
Any complaints about items or sellers may be sent to our support team: firstname.lastname@example.org. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually, and the sales person will be in contact as well.
If you need to cancel or amend your order, please call as immediately as once your order is sent to our warehouse it is difficult to prevent shipment. If you decide to cancel your order after the deadline, we’ll simply process your request as a return.
Quantity price breaks may be available in addition to what’s offered in our catalog and online. Please call us for more details.
All payments are due upon receipt unless otherwise noted at the time of sale. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If an alternative payment arrangement is approved, it will be discussed before the sale and noted on your invoice/receipt. If the buyer’s facility has required payment terms please contact our customer service department at 1-800-634-0344, before the purchase has been completed.
Approved returns processed within 30 days of initial receipt are not subject to a restocking fee (customer is responsible for return shipping). A 25% restocking fee will be applied to returns received 31-59 days after initial receipt. Returns for orders over 60 days will not be processed. Restocking fees may vary for items shipped directly from the manufacturer/drop-ship. Exceptions to this return policy include custom-ordered items (for which no returns are accepted). All returns must be in original packaging, and in saleable condition. You must contact our Customer Service Department prior to sending your return. The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility. These terms and conditions are subject to change.
If a backorder causes your order to be sent in more than one shipment, we pick up the cost of regular shipping on all shipments following the original order (excluding international orders). All oversized item charges apply.
Sale items have limited quantities, sizes and colors and may no longer be available.
For your convenience we offer several payment options including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and “net 30” billing with approved credit. We also allow electronic fund transfers based on approval.
For obvious reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products like oils, lotions, personal care products, creams, tapes, books, videos, DVDs, brochures, and software. Returns on washed linens, worn clothing, or used disposable garments will not be accepted. Special orders and custom built tables are non-returnable.

- Include a note stating purchaser’s name, address and order number and reason for return.
- Using a good carton, return package via insured US Mail, UPS or FEDEX.

- Keep a record of shipment until you have received credit or replacement merchandise.
