Meet Our Staff
Jillian Bennett PT
Licensed Physical Therapist
Jillian joined PMR Newkirk, Inc in 2015 and is a licensed Physical Therapist. She graduated from Quinnipiac College in 2000 and specialized in Outpatient Sports Orthopedics and Spine treatment. She then became the local representative in the Albany area for home rehabilitation products. She has been a valuable resource to the rehabilitation community and focuses on giving clinicians and patients the outcomes they expect. She is the Sales Manager and the local representative from Plattsburgh to Westchester County, Vermont and Western Mass.
When she is not working she enjoys spending time with family, friends and her German Shepherds. She also enjoys hiking, biking, skiing (water and snow), swimming, gardening and being outdoors!
Kristen Patrie is the Office Manager for PMR Newkirk and has been with the company since 2010. Kristen grew up in Albany, NY and has worked for several small businesses in the area. While working in multiple industries, Kristen developed exceptional interpersonal and clerical skills. Her knowledge in business software and a focus on customer and vendor relations makes her the perfect fit for PMR Newkirk. In addition to the typical administrative duties, Kristen handles freight logistics, software management, and marketing projects.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her nephew, goddaughter, and two German Shepherds.
Looking forward, Kristen would like to grow with PMR Newkirk for many years. “I look back to see how far we’ve come in such a competitive industry. I can’t help but feel pride in even the small day-to-day operations.”
Andrew Stewart is one of PMR Newkirk’s specialty technicians. Andrew joined PMR Newkirk in 2015. He has trained and excelled in the service department with a concentration on patient lift systems. This has taken PMR’s ability to service customers to an entirely new level. Andrew is also an expert in equipment assembly/installation and the leader of our delivery team. In his free time, he enjoys camping, fishing, and being an all-around handyman. Andrew can also be found coaching and cheering on his three children in their various sports.
Owner and President
In the early years of Bob’s career he worked his way from Rentals to Vice President of Ryder Systems, Inc. in the Southeast. There he learned firsthand how much hard work and commitment was necessary in running a fortune 500 company. With that knowledge and his degree in business management from Syracuse University, he worked as a business consultant for many years. Not long after PMR Products and Newkirk International came together, Bob joined the team as co-owner. Bob’s specific expertise was exactly what PMR Newkirk needed to take it to the next level. He quickly restructured the company into a leading service provider and a specialty equipment dealer for the Northeast. In 2013 Bob took over as president of PMR Newkirk Inc, and with a strong team behind him, the company quickly proved its potential. In his free time Bob enjoys playing tennis competitively, biking with his wife Kate, and going for runs in the park with his friends. He also never misses an opportunity to hang out with his two incredible daughters.
